Looks like there are going to be several good deals at Albetsons this week. Remember, in order to really start stretching and shrinking your grocery budget, you need to stock up on items when they are on sale...instead of only buying 1 product, go ahead and buy 5 or 6. Try to buy enough to see your family through until the next sale...this way you will never have to pay full price again. Instead of feeling like you are stuck paying what the store has items priced at, you can wait until YOU feel items are priced right for your budget.
