Just wanted to say that I'm sorry that the posts have been few and far between this month. With everything going on in December, it is hard to find a spare moment to look for deals and then post them. We've been living off our stockpile lately, and I haven't had a lot of extra time to go shopping for GREAT deals.
(I've even purchased items at Sam's that I knew I could get a much better deal on at other stores just for the convenience factor...shocking, huh? :)
Needless to say, our grocery budget has been strange this month. I haven't been spending a lot more since we are using up some of our stockpile, but I also haven't been adding much to our stockpile since I haven't been using many coupons. That means that comes January I will be hitting the coupons with a vengeance!!
We are planning on visiting some of my family in Arkansas this next week, and then spending the remainder of the Christmas holiday enjoying time with our family. (Well, those were the plans before 2 of our 3 boys got sick today...praying that they get over it quickly and that no one else gets what they have so we can stick with our plans!)
Hope all of you have a wonderful Christmas holiday and enjoy spending time with your families!!

GREAT Yoplait Coupon
There is a new coupon available for $0.50 off 4 cups of Yoplait Yogurt. Usually you'll find coupons for $0.40 off 6 cups, or $0.50 off 8 cups, so this is a GREAT coupon to print.
Yoplait yogurt is usually priced around $0.50 a cup.
Albertsons prices Yoplait a little higher, seems like it is more like $0.79 a cup, but they put them on sale quite regularly. If you wait for a sale, remember that this coupon will double up to a $1.00...so we should get a GREAT deal!
Go here to print this coupon.
(I was only able to print this coupon off once per computer.)

Proud Mom Moment
This post has nothing at all to do with saving money or coupons, but I still wanted to share it. I was going through my sons' backpacks after school today...sorting through papers, homework, lunches, etc. I came across an assignment that my middle son, Aaron, had at school, and I just had to share it with you.
The assignment was to write a very short story that began with this sentence...I went to the North Pole and saw a reindeer...
This is his story:
I went to the North Pole and saw a reindeer. The reindeer were asleep.
I saw Santa Claus. He said, "How am I going to deliver all the presents? It's already Christmas."
"It doesn't matter about the presents. It's about Jesus' birthday. Their parents might give them presents," I said. "Why don't you just think about Jesus this year!"
He said, "Yes."
That year Santa and the reindeer had the best Christmas ever. Santa learned a good thing.
When I read this story, I have to say I was just so proud of my little man!!
As a mom, there are so many things that we try to teach our children, and some days it is hard to know if the lessons we try to teach them are sinking in. Reading his story made me realize that he really is learning those lessons that we are trying to teach him.
We sometimes have to tell our kids the same thing a hundred different times before they get it, but don't give up...keep on teaching those lessons that are important to you. When they get it you'll have an amazing proud mom moment too!!
If you have a proud mom moment that you'd like to share, leave a comment below!! I know that we all love to brag on our kids! :)

-$1.00 off when you buy 3 2-packs of Gerber NatureSelect 2nd Foods Purees

-Buy 2 4-packs of Gerber Graduates Yogurt Blends Get one FREE
Go here to print any of these coupons. (I found them under the "Foods" Category...on pages 5 and 6).
It's been about 3 years since I've had to buy any baby food, but I remember that it was pretty pricey. These coupons should make for some pretty good deals, especially when combined with a sale. If you find these on sale, I'd stock up...check expiration dates and stock up on what you'll need.
(When my youngest son was just a few weeks old, Target had an AMAZING sale on Gerber Baby food. I was able to get jars for $0.04 each after coupons. He wasn't anywhere close to being able to eat the food, but I bought enough jars to last him for his whole first year. I came home with bags and bags of food...I think my husband thought I was crazy. :) If you find a good sale, check the expiration dates and STOCK UP...you'll really be able to save big!!)

Albertsons--Pillsbury Catalina Deal
While I was out this morning, I ran by Albertsons to see if they still had the Pillsbury Cinnamon Rolls and Crescent Rolls on sale for $1.50. My friend, Shelli, had mentioned that she bought several tubes of Cinnamon and Crescent Rolls earlier and she received a Catalina Coupon at the checkout. I decided to see if this deal would work at our local Albertsons.
The Cinnamon Rolls were no longer priced at $1.50, but the Crescent Rolls were.
I bought:
6 Pillsbury Crescent Rolls ($1.50 each)
-used 3 coupons for $0.40 off 2 Crescent Rolls (found in 11/21 SmartSource insert and 11/14 General Mills insert) (doubled)
Final Price: $6.60
AND two Catalina Coupons printed for me:
-$1.00 off your next shopping order
-AND $3.00 off your next shopping order
Fine print on the coupon states:
Buy any Pillsury Refrigerated Crescents, Cookies, Sweet Rolls, Grands! Biscuits, Grands! Cinnamon Rolls, Pie Crusts, Dinner rolls, Loaves, Breadsticks or Pizza Crust between 11/29 and 12/26 and receive:
Buy 4 and get $1.00 Catalina Coupon
Buy 5 and get $2.00 Catalina Coupon
Buy 6 or more and get $3.00 Catalina Coupon
All items must be purchased in one shopping order. Limited to product in stock. No cash back.
I'm not sure why two Catalina Coupons printed for me. According to the fine print I should have received one $3.00 Catalina...oh well, I'm definitely not complaining. :) In my opinion this is an AWESOME deal. This Catalina deal will be going through December 26th, but I'm not sure how long the sale prices will last. Hopefully we'll see other GREAT prices on Pillsbury products over the next few weeks and we'll be able to stock up and really save with the Catalinas!
Thanks Shelli for giving me the heads up on this! :)

TARGET--Great Price on Tyson Chicken Nuggets
While I was at Target looking for FREE body wash, I came across another AWESOME deal!! The bags of Tyson Chicken Nuggets are price cut to $2.50 a bag...regularly priced around $5.00. In my opinion this is an amazing deal.
There is a coupon for $1.00 off Tyson Frozen Breaded Chicken that was found in the 10/10 SmartSource insert. If you have that coupon you'll be able to get a bag for only $1.50!! A definite GREAT deal.
I had already used my coupon, but I still picked up a couple of bags because it's hard to beat this price!
Please keep in mind that if you live in San Angelo our Target does not keep a large stock of food items, so if you are interested in this deal I'd head over there soon. If you find that they are sold out, you can always request a raincheck...as long as this isn't a "while supplies last" offer you should be able to get one. I didn't read the fine print on the sign to see if it was.

FREE Nivea Men's Body Wash
Did you notice that Nivea Men's Body Wash is priced at $2.99 at Target this week? Well, with the high value coupon for $3.00 off any Nivea Men's Body Wash we can get it for FREE!! This coupon was found in the 10/17 RedPlum insert and it expires tomorrow (11/30).
For those of you who live in San Angelo, I ran by our local Target to pick up some FREE body wash, but they were all sold out. I thought about getting a raincheck, but with the coupon expiring tomorrow I thought that it wouldn't be worth it. I took my Target ad to Wal-Mart and was able to price match the body wash there and get it for FREE!

CVS and Walgreens Trips (November 26)
I think I might be one of the only avid coupon shoppers that did not wake up in the wee hours of the morning to hit the Black Friday Sales. I know of several people who didn't even make it to bed last night; they were at the stores last night and continued shopping until late morning/early afternoon. I looked through the ads, but I really didn't see anything that was worth traipsing around town in the middle of the night for...not to mention the freezing temperatures. I did manage to make a run to CVS and Walgreens this afternoon, and I got some AMAZING deals, and to make it even better...the stores were almost empty. I don't know if people stopped there earlier in the day, or if they didn't think that CVS and Walgreens would have anything worth buying. This is a GREAT time of year to stock up on toiletries at little to no cost to you!! If you are new to couponing, this is the time to start your stockpile!!
I bought everything pictured below and spent...
$3.21, and saved over $150.00
I bought:
6 Herbal Essence Shampoo
2 Gillette Deodorant
1 L.A. Looks Hair Gel
5 Dr. Pepper (2 liter)
2 Oil of Olay Body Wash
1 Eucerin Body Lotion
2 Secret Body Spray
2 Colgate Total
2 Colgate Sensitive
1 Crest Vivid 3D
2 Listerine Pocket Packs
7 Oral B Toothbrushes
7 Gum Flossers
5 Reese's Peanut Butter Cups
5 Mars Candy (King Size)
2 Mars Candy (Regular Size)
6 Christmas Candy Sticks
1 Caramel
1 Excedrin Migraine
1 Carmex Lip Balm
I did multiple transactions since there were so few people in the stores. I would do a transaction, get my Register Reward or Extra Care Buck and then roll it into the next transaction. I started with $2.00 in Extra Care Bucks, and $8.00 in Register Rewards.
After my trip today, I left CVS with $3.18 in Extra Care Bucks and Walgreens with $23.96 in Register Rewards. I'd say it definitely was a successful shopping day!!
The Walgreens and CVS Black Friday sales are good through tomorrow (Saturday) so if you haven't taken advantage of them I'd really encourage you to get out there and save some BIG money on your toiletry items. Remember to save the most money you need to do multiple transactions and use the Register Rewards and Extra Care Bucks that you earn to pay for your next transaction!

HAPPY THANKSGIVING!!
This morning after we ate breakfast, our boys asked if they could go outside and play for a little bit. They ran outside while I started cleaning up the house. I looked outside our kitchen window to see this:
Yes, that's our two oldest boys, on top of a play house getting ready to ride down a slide on a scooter...at least they were smart enough to put on their bicycle helmets.
They are under strict instructions to not ever try that again. :) I can just see us spending Thanksgiving Day at the emergency room because one (or both) of them has broken a bone.
Hope you all have a wonderful Thanksgiving and enjoy spending time with your families!!

Albertsons and HEB Ad Match Ups
Wednesday is usually the day that I post the new Albertsons and HEB ad match ups, but I won't be doing them today. The ads from last week are rolling through Thanksgiving day (the 25th). You still have some time to stock up on the goodies from this past week.
I'm a little odd in that I LOVE grocery shopping and scouring the aisles for good deals, but I'll be staying away from the grocery stores for the next couple of days...with 3 boys home and the stores packed with last minute Thanksgiving shoppers I'll happily avoid the craziness. :)

Coupon for Eggs!!
I just went to print the coupon for $0.50 off Lean Pockets that I posted about yesterday, and I found a GREAT new coupon that is also available from Smartsource!! This coupon is pretty rare, so if you are interested I'd print it while it's available.
The coupon is for $0.55 off 2 one dozen cartons of eggs. It does not specify what brand you have to buy, so I'm thinking this will make for a GREAT deal!!
Albertsons seems to put their eggs on sale for $0.79 every few weeks, so if we wait for a sale and use this coupon we'll be able to:
Buy 2 eggs @ $0.79 ($1.58)
-minus $0.55 off 2 coupon
Final Price: $1.03 for 2 dozen eggs (or $0.52 each)
This is a GREAT price, now all we need to do is print the coupon and hold onto it until the eggs go on sale. :) Don't wait to print the coupon because chances are this coupon will not be available for long! The coupon that I printed had an expiration date of 12/17, so plenty of time to wait for eggs to go on sale again!
Go here to print this coupon.

I made a run to several different stores today (Walgreens CVS, Albertsons, and Wal-Mart). I was only planning on going to CVS since I had some Extra Care Bucks that were expiring, but my youngest son was being so cooperative so I decided to get some more shopping in...when shopping with little ones you never know when they will reach their breaking point, so I was pleasantly surprised with how good he was!! I bought everything pictured below, and spent...
$9.87, and I saved $94.02. I know the picture is a little hard to see, so I'll do a detailed breakdown below. Before I get started, can you believe that the few items you see above would cost around $100.00? That just goes to show how much some of the stores overprice their items. For those of you in San Angelo, I found this coupon booklet at Albertsons, towards the back of the store by the dairy products. I'm sure that it will be available at various stores over the next few days/weeks as well.
Coupon for Hamburger Helper
There's a GREAT new coupon available for $0.35 off 1 Hamburger, Tuna, or Chicken Helper meals. Most of the time you'll see coupons for $0.75 off of 3, so I am LOVING this coupon. $0.35 might not sound like much, but remember that at Albertsons this coupon will be tripled...so really worth $1.05!!
Right now Albertsons has Hamburger Helper on sale for $1.25 a box...so only $0.20 after coupon.
I won't be using my coupon yet, because it seems like Albertsons has Hamburger Helper on sale at least once a month for $1.00 a box...so FREE with coupon!!
Go here if you are interested in printing this coupon. Remember that since it is a bricks coupon you should be able to print it out twice per computer!

Have you checked your mail lately?
If you are like me, then you probably get quite a bit of junk mail every week. I used to throw everything that looked like junk mail away without ever looking at it, but since I've started using coupons I go through my mail pretty carefully. (You never know what might have a coupon on it. :) Over the last couple of days, I've received several pieces of mail that have GREAT coupons in them...thought I'd point them out in case some of you received the same things.
Martha Stewart Living December issue (I got a FREE year subscription to this several months ago...there are always different magazines available from different sites for FREE)
-in this magazine is a coupon for $5.00 off any $5.00 (or more) purchase from Hallmark.
(This is FREE money to spend at Hallmark...I'm sure I'll use it while Christmas shopping. Stores give these sorts of coupons hoping that you'll go in and spend a large amount, and then get $5.00 off...the key is to keep your total low and walk out with almost FREE items!)
Bath and Body Works Flyer
-coupon for FREE Signature Collection Travel Size Item of your choice (Up to $5.00 value)
NO OTHER PURCHASE IS NECESSARY. You can walk into a store and get a COMPLETELY free item.
-also a coupon for 20% off your entire purchase
Victoria's Secret Flyer
-coupon for FREE Cotton Hiphugger (up to $8.50 value)
NO OTHER PURCHASE IS NECESSARY. Again, this is a coupon for a completely FREE product!
-also a coupon for $10.00 off a purchase. (I can't see in the terms if it says that you have to have a minimum purchase amount to use this coupon. There are certain exclusions, so you'll need to check at the store.)
If you are on a tight budget this year for Christmas, you'll be surprised at how many items you can really get for FREE or just pennies...not just food/toiletry items...but things that can actually be used as gifts. If your husband isn't embarrassed to use coupons, I suggest giving him all of these coupons and letting him use them to shop for you. If he's not used to using coupons, point out the exclusions and expiration dates. I think it would be fun to see what sort of things my husband would come home with after rocking the coupons! :)

Target--Inexpensive Cream Cheese
Have I mentioned before that I LOVE cream cheese!! I rarely buy it because it doesn't seem like it goes on sale very often and there just aren't that many coupons available for it.
That being said, I think I've found an AWESOME deal on Cream Cheese!!
Target currently has Philadelphia Cream Cheese on sale for $1.19. (I believe that it is regularly priced around $1.89). To make it even better, there is a Target coupon available here for $0.50 off 2 Philadelphia Cream Cheese. If you use the coupon you'd pay $1.88 for 2 (or $0.94 each). This is a pretty great deal...2 for what you would normally pay for one, but the deal gets even better!!
If you've been able to find the Deliciously Simple Holiday Recipes coupon book (I found it at Albertsons) there is a coupon for $1.25 off 3 select Baking Goods (Philadelphia Cream cheese is included).
Buy 3 Cream Cheese (on sale for $1.19 each)
-use coupon for $1.25 off 3
-AND use Target coupon for $0.50 off 2
Final Price: $1.82 for 3 (or $0.61 each) 3 for what you would normally pay for one.
The deal might get even better though. :) If you picked up two of the Deliciously Simple Holiday Recipes Coupon books then you'll be able to get an even better deal!
Buy 4 Cream Cheese (on sale for $1.19 each)
Buy 2 Jell-O (on sale for $0.49 each)
-use 2 coupons for $1.25 off 3 select Baking Goods
-use Target coupon for $0.50 off 2 Cream Cheese (found here)
-use Target coupon for $0.50 off 2 Jell-O (found here)
Final Price: $2.24 for all 6 items (or $0.38 each)
This scenario is assuming you are only able to print one of each Target coupon. If you have multiple computers available to use, you can print out additional Target coupons for the Cream Cheese to get an additional $0.50 off your total!
I'm loving this deal!!

Target Trip (November 16)
I made a very quick trip into Target today. I couldn't pass up the Stove Top for $0.04 a box, and I decided to pick up a few other things while I was there. I bought everything pictured below and spent...
$3.41, and saved over $28.00!
I bought:
2 boxes of Stove Top (on sale for $0.79 each)
-used coupon for $1.00 off 2 Stove Top (found here)
-AND used Target coupon for $0.50 off 2 Stove Top (found here)
6 cans of Campbell's Cream of Chicken Soup (on sale for $0.50 each)
-used coupon for $1.00 off 4 Campbell's Great for Cooking Soups (found here)
-used coupon for $0.50 off 2 Campbell's Great for Cooking Soups (found in Save Big. Dream Big. Coupon Book)
2 blocks of Kraft Cheddar Cheese (on sale for $1.80 each)
-used Target coupon for $1.00 off 2 Kraft Cheese products (found here)
(Not the best deal, but my boys LOVE cheese!!)
4 boxes of Philadelphia Cream Cheese (on sale for $1.19 each)
-used coupon for $1.25 off 3 select Baking Goods (Nilla Wafers, Cream Cheese, Jell-O, Bakers) (found in Deliciously Simple Holiday Recipes coupon book)
-AND used Target coupon for $0.50 off 2 Philadelphia Cream Cheese (found here)
2 boxes of Jell-O (on sale for $0.49 each)
-used coupon for $1.25 off 3 select Baking Goods (combined with Philadelphia Cream Cheese that I bought above)
-AND used Target coupon for $0.50 off 2 Jell-O products (found here)
Air Wick Candle $2.99
-used coupon for $3.00 off one Air Wick Candle (found in 11/14 SmartSource insert)
Advil $3.49
-used coupon for FREE Advil product
Skintimate Shaving Gel $3.69
-used coupon for FREE Skintimate Shaving Gel
Final Price for everything was $3.41. The cashier was new, and she was trying to figure out how all the coupons were scanning. She was being trained by someone, so they were talking a lot with each other. I thought my total seemed a little low...I thought it should have been closer to $5.00, so I'm not sure if they double scanned a coupon or if I had figured my total wrong before hand.
To keep the total in perspective...I bought everything above for $3.41. If I had gone into Target and ONLY purchased the Skintimate with no coupons I would have spent more for it than for everything I purchased today. Coupons really do work if you learn how to combine them with sales!!

Coupon for Fresh Chicken
There is a very rare coupon that I just found for chicken. If you've been using coupons for long, you know that coupons for fresh produce and meats are few and far between. There is a coupon available here for $1.00 off Pilgrim's fresh chicken. I believe that you can find this brand of chicken at Wal-Mart. (I think this is the same brand as Pilgrim's Pride, but that they are changing up their logo.)
Target--Great New Sleep Wear Coupon
There's an AWESOME coupon available at target.com right now:
$10.00 off with purchase of three women's sleepwear items (Gilligan and O'Malley, Nick and Nora, Xhilaration)
Around the holidays sleepwear seems to always go on sale!! There are often different tank tops/pants/shorts that are classified as sleepwear and marked way down on the clearance racks. I'm thinking that with this coupon we should be able to find some REALLY great deals!!
You can find this coupon by going here and clicking on the apparel category. Please keep in mind that the apparel coupons that Target puts out seem to go very quickly...either there is a smaller print limit or only a short time period that Target keeps these up. Either way, if this sounds like something you'd like then print it now because it probably won't last long. Don't forget that you can print this coupon 2 times per computer!

Do you remember the new coupon book that I mentioned last week...called Deliciously Simple Holiday Recipes...it has $4.75 worth of coupons in it? I found the booklet at Albertsons, but I'm sure the books will be available at various stores. There was a similar coupon book out this time last year.
There are several coupons in the book, but I want to specifically point out the coupon for $1.25 off 3 participating brands (Baker's Bar products, Jell-O, Nilla Wafers, or Philadelphia Cream Cheese)
Jell-O is normally priced around $0.50 at Wal-Mart, so if you buy 3 and use the coupon you will only have to pay $0.25 for 3 boxes (around $0.08 each).
We should also be seeing sales on Philadelphia Cream Cheese soon...I LOVE cream cheese! :)
If you decide to use this coupon, be sure to watch it when the cashier scans it...last year there was a similar coupon that only took $0.50 off instead of the full value of the coupon. Last year the cashiers were able to manually enter the correct value of the coupon...but it is something to keep your eye on.

Free, or Close to Free, Products
I have been a little behind on clipping coupons this past month...I seriously have stacks of inserts that I haven't had a chance to go through. This morning I sat down to flip through some of the inserts, and I wanted to point out some coupons that should get us FREE items!!
Coupon for $0.35 off Martha White Muffin Mix (found in 11/7 RedPlum insert)
This coupon will be tripled at Albertsons (so really worth $1.05)
I have seen many varieties of the Martha White Mixes priced under $1.00, so this coupon should easily get us this product for FREE!!
-There is also a coupon for $0.35 off Martha White Baking Mixes found here. You'll need to change the zip code to 90210 to find this coupon...then click on the Food Category. This coupon will also be tripled and should get you another FREE package at Albertsons!
Coupon for $0.50 off Yakisoba Noodles (found in 10/10 SmartSource insert)
These are regularly priced around $0.54 at Wal-Mart. Over the past few weeks, certain varieties have been on sale for $0.48 at HEB. I'm not sure what these are priced at Albertsons...probably quite a bit more, but remember that at Albertsons this coupon will be doubled, so will really take off $1.00.
Coupon for $1.00 off Single or Multi Packs of TicTacs (found in 10/3 RedPlum insert)
The single packs of TicTacs (found at the register) should be priced around $1.00, so you'll be able to get them for FREE. The last time I was at Wal-Mart, certain flavors were priced under $1.00 and other flavors were over $1.00, so it will vary.
Coupon for FREE or $1.00 off Single Roll of Marcal Small Steps, Towel, Bath Tissue, or Facial Tissues.
I have only found the Marcal Products sold at Albertsons. The single rolls are priced anywhere from $1.00 to $1.39 (I think), so should make for some inexpensive (or free) paper towels.
Let me know if you have found any other coupons that will get us FREE, or close to free, products.
My goal this week is to go through and organize all my coupons...I still have coupons in my coupon binder that expired in October...been a little behind lately! :)

Time to Stock Your Pantry!
I've mentioned before that this is the time of year where we will see AMAZING deals on items for our pantry...canned veggies, soups, baking supplies (flour, sugar, etc.) I was just looking through this week's Target ad, and I want to point out some GREAT deals that are available this week.
Just a quick note to those of you in San Angelo. Our local Target doesn't carry a large stock of food, so if there is something that you are interested in stocking up on I suggest taking the ad to Wal-Mart and price matching...you'll have a better chance of finding the items in stock. Also, keep in mind that a lot of the prices we'll be seeing on pantry items over the next few weeks will be the lowest of the year, so STOCK UP!! Pantry items usually have an expiration date of well over a year...so if you have the coupons and the money in your budget, stock up now so you won't be stuck paying full price for these items later.

Be on the lookout for this new coupon book. On the front it says deliciously simple holiday recipes, and on the back there are coupons worth $4.75!
Coupons include:

I found this coupon book at Albertsons...there was a large display of crackers/cookies towards the back of the store next to the refrigerated milk/yogurt/eggs. If you are at Albertsons I'd definitely go and pick up a booklet and hold onto it until a good sale comes along.

Albertsons Trip--November 9
I ran to Albertsons to buy a few cans of Libby's Vegetables. I bought everything pictured below and spent...
$0.53.
12 cans of Libby's Vegetables ($0.59...regularly priced at $0.99)
-used in ad coupon to make each can $0.39
-used 4 manufacturer's coupons for $1.00 off 3 Libby's Vegetables
Final Price: $0.68
Bananas $0.39/lb.
-used $1.00 Catalina coupon that I had from a previous trip
Final Price for everything $0.53, and I saved $12.20. Not the most exciting trip to Albertsons. I just wanted to start stocking up on some canned veggies. We should be seeing some other GREAT prices on canned vegetables/soups over the next few weeks, so plan on stocking up for the coming year. Remember that most canned products should last in your pantry for at least a year...so stock up when they are at their rock bottom prices!! One can of Libby's vegetables is normally priced at $0.99...I was able to buy all 12 for less than what I would pay for 1 can that wasn't on sale...it only makes sense to watch the sales and combine the sale with a coupon and stock up!!

Just got back from Albertsons, and before I post about my trip I had to share something that happened.
I was on the canned veggie aisle stocking up on some Libby's veggies...well, I only had 4 coupons left so I don't know if you would call it stocking up. :) While I was putting the cans in my cart I noticed a woman putting veggies in her cart...only not the dirt cheap Libby's veggies, but the Albertsons brand veggies which were priced at $0.79 each. Libby's veggies are on sale for $0.59, but with the in ad coupon you'll get them for $0.39 and then with the additional $1.00 off 3 manufacturer's coupon you can get them for $0.06 a can (if you still have the $0.50 off 2 you can get them for FREE!)
I debated with myself whether I should point out the difference in the price and offer her a coupon, but my son was getting antsy, so I decided to head to check out before he had a mini-meltdown. I've been thinking about the lady ever since I left the store. There have been times when I've been shopping and I've mentioned a good deal/coupon that would get a product for free to people...even offered to give them a coupon. Some people seem thrilled with the information and others look at me like I'm a little loony. What about you, do you ever mention good deals to strangers that you see shopping? If you do, you might get some strange looks, but other people will be so thrilled with the information. You never know, you might help someone stretch their grocery budget and be able to feed their family a better/healthier variety of foods.
