Toilet Paper can be a tricky thing to stock up on. I think it is pretty ridiculously priced. I stock up when I can find it for around $0.25 for a double roll. (Side note, what is up with the sizes of toilet paper rolls...single roll, double roll, triple roll, mega roll?)

-use coupon for $1.00 off White Cloud (found in this month's All You magazine)
Final Price: $1.00 ($0.25 per double roll)
You can also go here and print a coupon for $1.00 off White Cloud Toilet Paper 12 pack or larger. I'm not sure what the 12 pack is priced at, but you could print the coupon and check to see if it is a deal that will work into your budget.
