Just wanted to mention this great deal on laundry detergent. CVS has Xtra Laundry Detergent on sale 2 for $3.00 this week. There was a coupon for $1.00 off any size Xtra Laundry Detergent or Fabric Softener in the 6/6 SmartSource insert. That means you'll be able to get laundry detergent for $0.50...a definite GREAT deal. I've never used this laundry detergent, so I'm not sure what it's like. If you have a specific brand of laundry detergent that you use, you could still think about buying a bottle of this and donating it. I mean it's only $0.50...less than a candy bar at the register!!
One more thing, with a price this low I would not be surprised if this is out of stock. CVS is GREAT about giving rain checks...just go up to the cashier and tell her what you want a rain check for. She will fill out a small form and you'll be able to bring it in at a later date to receive the same sale price!
