Did you receive a flyer in the mail last week for Ulta's Grand Opening? If you did then you'll want to pull that flyer out.
Between now and the 23rd of November if you go into Ulta (located at Sunset Mall), and sign up for an Ulta Card (completely free) you can receive 4 free gifts (valued at $42). The gifts include Ulta Eye Liner, It's a 10 Miracle Leave-in Product, Ulta Passionberry Vanilla Body Lotion, and Murad Essential-C Eye Cream. Fine print says that the free items are limited to 1000 customers. I went in this morning and they had baskets full of the freebie bags left at the register.
You don't need to make a purchase to receive the free gifts. These would make great stocking stuffers or additions to gift bags/baskets.
There is also a coupon for $3.50 off any $10.00 or more purchase on the back page of the flyer.
I am not sure if Ulta accepts manufacturer's coupons...I am kicking myself for not asking them when I was there today, but you can get a GREAT deal on Maybelline Great Lash Mascara.
I took my ad into Wal-Mart and price matched there.

Yes, Ulta does accept manufacturer's coupons. I used $2.00 off Cetaphil on Sunday. You can also combine with the $3.50 off $10 until it expires.
