When I was at HEB today, I found a great deal that you might want to take advantage of.
There is a yellow in store "B" coupon for $3.00 off any Revlon Cosmetics (excludes nail polish). Since this is a "B" coupon, you will be able to use a manufacturer's coupon with it.
Revlon Single Eye Shadows are priced at $3.98
-use HEB "B" $3.00 coupon
-AND use $1.00 off Revlon Cosmetic coupon (found in 7/17 and 8/14 SmartSource inserts)
Final Price: FREE
If you don't need eye shadow, then this is still a great scenario...with stacked coupons you'll be able to save $4.00 off of whatever cosmetic product you buy. A GREAT deal!
