Great Prices on Bread

This week we should be able to get some pretty good prices on bread.

Lowe's:

Lowe's Bread 24 oz. Sandwich White Bread 2 for $1.00 (only $0.50 a loaf!)

Remember that Wal-Mart will price match Lowe's brand for Wal-Mart brand, so if you don't shop at Lowe's you can still get this great deal. Just take the Lowe's ad into Wal-Mart and tell the cashier that you want to price match.

HEB:

Nature's Own 100% Whole Wheat Bread
GET FREE:
HEB Bake Shop 100% Whole Wheat Bread

You'll pay more for the bread from HEB, but if you like Wheat Bread, you'll get a good deal. I'm guessing that with the sale, we should be able to get 2 loaves of bread for less than $3.00. My husband prefers Nature's Own Bread to Wal-Mart's store brand, so I'll probably be stocking up on this deal.

Speaking of stocking up on bread...did you know that you can freeze bread? Once it thaws out, it is just like it was never frozen...not soggy or anything.

My freezer is pretty full right now, otherwise I'd be buying up at least 6 or 7 loaves of bread at these prices!
