HEB--HOT Proctor and Gamble Catalina Deal!!

I was looking through the HEB ad and wasn't too thrilled with any of the deals, until I came across the Proctor and Gamble promotion. If you have the right coupons this should make for an AWESOME deal!!

If you purchase $30.00 of Proctor and Gamble items in a single transaction, you will receive a catalina coupon for $10.00 off your next in store visit. You will need to reach the $30.00 BEFORE coupons, so after coupons you will be paying a lot less than that.

All Proctor and Gamble coupons have a limit of using 4 like coupons per transaction, so you will need to make sure that you only use 4 LIKE coupons while doing your deal.

Now is the time to pull out your Proctor and Gamble coupon inserts and try to match up some sales.

A couple of deals you might consider:

Vicks Cough Drops $0.99
-use coupon for $1.00 off any Vicks product (found in 10/2 Proctor and Gamble insert)

Cover Girl Make-Up (Blush starting at $3.74)
-use coupon for $8.00 off 2 Cover Girl Face Cosmetics (found in 10/2 Proctor and Gamble insert)
Note 1...In the ad it says there is an in store coupon for $1.25 off Cover Girl. When I was there today, I didn't see any coupons, but if you find them check to see if they are a B coupon. If they are, then you can combine them with the $8.00 coupon to really save big. Always give the cashier your manufacturer's coupons BEFORE any HEB store coupons.
Note 2...the $8.00 coupon does not scan at HEB. The cashier will have to manually enter it. I talked to a manager today, and she said as long as you purchase two FACE products that cost more than $8.00 together they will enter it in at full $8.00 value. If you purchase 2 blushes (less than $8.00) they would not accept it. I purchased concealer ($4.94) and blush ($3.74) and it was accepted.

Deal Idea:
4 Cover Girl Blush ($3.74 each) ($14.96)
4 Cover Girl Concealer ($4.94) ($19.76)
Total Cost: $34.72
-use 4 $8.00 off 2 coupons
Final Price: $2.72...AND you will receive a $10.00 Catalina coupon at check out.

I did the above deal today, and it worked perfectly. The $10.00 catalina printed right away. I am assuming that you can roll the $10.00 catalina into another Proctor and Gamble deal, but I have not tried it yet. I did not see any fine print that would prohibit it.
