Target has Campbell's Cream of Mushroom Soup and Cream of Chicken Soup priced at $0.59 right now, regularly priced at $1.22. This is a big savings even without coupons, but of course a coupon always makes it better. :)

Wal-Mart--FREE Scrubbing Bubbles Toilet Bowl Cleaner

I was looking through the new Wal-Mart ad and found a GREAT deal!!

Wal-Mart has Scrubbing Bubbles One Step Toilet Bowl Cleaner System on sale for $3.97. This is an awesome price by itself...it is normally priced at $9.47. There was a coupon for $4.00 off any Scrubbing Bubbles One Step Toilet Cleaner Starter Kit in the 9/11 SmartSource insert...making it FREE!!

I picked one up today. When I opened the box up there was a paper with two more $3.00 coupons inside...making an additional kit just $0.97. A GREAT deal!!

I picked mine up at the Wal-Mart on Sherwood Way. They were not on the shelves with the normal Scrubbing Bubbles Cleaners, but were on a display shelf in between the cleaners and pet food. There was a large supply of them there when I was there this afternoon, so you might want to head over there if you have any coupons.

Please remember that as couponers, you need to leave product on the shelves for others. It's never a good idea to clear shelves or hoard items.

FREE Old Spice Body Wash

There was a coupon in yesterday's Proctor and Gamble insert for $1.00 off any one Old Spice Product (1.7 oz. or larger). Did you know that the 1.7 oz. container is travel size?

The last time I looked for this product, I found it at Wal-Mart for $0.97...so FREE after coupon!

I haven't looked, but I wouldn't be surprised if you could find this at HEB and Target as well.

Kikkoman Coupon--Cheap Soy Sauce

Del Monte Vegetables--Price Matching at Wal-Mart

I have heard of several people taking the Albertsons ad into Wal-Mart and price matching the Del Monte Vegetables for $0.49 AND using the $2.00 off 10 coupon that is found in the ad on top of the price match.

I want to point out that you should NOT do this. The price in Albertsons' ad clearly states that the $0.49 price is AFTER COUPON.

I know that a lot of cashiers won't read the fine print in the ads, and will probably price match the item for you, but I strongly encourage you to be honest when price matching.

When people start abusing coupons/price matching it just makes it so much more difficult for everyone else, so PLEASE use your coupons and price matching ethically.

Del Monte Canned Vegetables $0.39 a can

You can get a great deal on Del Monte vegetables this week.

Lowe's has Del Monte Canned Vegetables on sale for $0.59 this week, and there is a manufacturer's coupon that can be found in the Albertsons ad that will allow you to get them for $0.39 each.

-use coupon for $2.00 off 10 select Del Monte products (found in Albertsons ad) (Note, this is a manufacturer's coupon. I asked the cashier at Wal-Mart if I could use it. She said that since it was a manufacturer's coupon that there was no issue with me using it)

If you decide to do this deal at Wal-Mart, then you will need to use the Lowe's ad to price match.

Wal-Mart Schick Disposable Razors Update

Just wanted to give a quick update on the high value Schick Disposable Razor coupon that is available to print here.

Schick Disposable Razors were priced as low as $1.97 at our local Wal-Mart on Sherwood Way. I found these with the women's razors. The men's Schick disposable razors were priced quite a bit higher.

I bought two ($3.94) and used one $6.00 off 2 coupon. The cashier accepted the coupon at full value...so $2.06 in overage that was applied to my other purchases.

This is a GREAT time to use that overage to help purchase items that you normally don't have coupons for...milk, produce, meats.

Weekly "NEEDS" Shopping Trip

I went to Wal-Mart this morning to shop for all our NEEDS for the week. I ended up price matching the majority of the items that we needed with the Lowe's ad. I picked up everything below and ended up spending $14.73.



I price matched everything except for the bananas and apples.

I didn't use any coupons, but still saved almost $5.00 just by price matching.

(Looking at this picture, I realize that I forgot to pick up bread, so in reality I should have spent another $2.00 or $3.00 to pick up all of our NEEDS for the week).

Coupon for Degree Deodorant

Go here and print a coupon for $1.00 off any Degree Men or Dove Men+Care Deodorant. I found this using zip code 60606 and clicking on the Personal Care Category. This coupon has no size exclusions, so you could pick up some FREE travel size deodorant at Target or Wal-Mart.

There is also a Target coupon for $1.00 off Degree men's or women's deodorant that can be found here. Click on the Personal Care Category to find it quickly. I am not sure how much Degree Deodorant is priced at Target, but using both coupons we should get a pretty good deal.

You should be able to print two coupons out per computer. I am guessing that these coupons will probably go fast, so print now if you are interested.

Wal-Mart--White Cloud Toilet Paper $0.25 a Roll

Toilet Paper can be a tricky thing to stock up on. I think it is pretty ridiculously priced. I stock up when I can find it for around $0.25 for a double roll. (Side note, what is up with the sizes of toilet paper rolls...single roll, double roll, triple roll, mega roll?)

If you have the All You magazine you should be able to get a GREAT deal on Just My Size shirts.

In this month's All You magazine there is a coupon for $5.00 off Just My Size clothes. (Note, this is a plus size brand that Wal-Mart carries. Even if you are not plus size, this would still be a GREAT deal to do. You could purchase the items (FOR FREE) and donate them!)

CVS has the Duncan Hines Brownies priced at 12 for $10.00 this week...that breaks down to just $0.83 a box. If you use the coupon for $0.50 off Duncan Hines Brownies that I just posted about, you'll be able to get a box for just $0.33!!

This sale is featured on the last page of their ad.

The CVS I shop at does not have a large stock of food items, so I will probably take the ad into Wal-Mart and price match there.

While I was at Wal-Mart today I found a great deal on cat food.

Nivea Body Wash--Better Than FREE

If any of you still have the coupons for $3.00 off Nivea Women's Body Wash, found in the 4/17 RedPlum insert, you should be able get some OVERAGE at Wal-Mart.

I went in there today, and saw a display of the body wash on rollback to $2.75 or $2.78...can't quite remember, but it was definitely UNDER $3.00.

I know a lot of people stocked up last week when it was FREE, but if you held onto your coupons, then you can get an even better deal!!

(I didn't receive any of these coupons, so I'm kind of bummed that I'm missing out on this deal. :( Oh well, one thing you learn when coupon shopping is that if you miss out on one deal, another deal is just around the corner).
