Wal-Mart--Deal on Capri Suns

I was at Wal-Mart this afternoon and found a decent deal on Capri Sun Juice Pouches:

Capri Sun (10 pack) $1.74
-On select boxes of Capri Sun were peelie coupons for $1.00 off when you buy 2 Capri Sun and 1 Capri Sun Roaring Waters Juice Pouches. (You might be able to find these peelie coupons at other stores, so it might be something to watch for. For those of you in San Angelo, I found them at the Wal-Mart on Sherwood Way).

I've been able to buy these for $0.99 before, but those sales are few and far between. Considering that these are normally close to $2.00 and there are rarely coupons for them, I'd say this is a pretty good stock up price. I picked up 6 boxes to get us through the first few weeks of school. It works out to $0.14 a drink...a decent price in my book.

HEB--Deal on Applesauce

I found a decent deal on applesauce today:

My kids love applesauce, and I have a hard time finding great deals on it. I usually pay around $1.50 for a 6 pack, so I was happy with this price. I might go back and buy several more to put back for school lunches

HEB--FREE Revlon Eye Shadow

When I was at HEB today, I found a great deal that you might want to take advantage of.

There is a yellow in store "B" coupon for $3.00 off any Revlon Cosmetics (excludes nail polish). Since this is a "B" coupon, you will be able to use a manufacturer's coupon with it.

Revlon Single Eye Shadows are priced at $3.98

FREE Chick-fil-A Breakfast Entrees!!

Since it has been awhile since I've blogged at all, I thought you guys might like this one...How about FREE breakfast at Chick-fil-A? In my opinion Chick-fil-A has wonderful customer service and they have great promotions for their customers. On their website it says the following:

From September 6 – 10, 2011, participating Chick-fil-A® restaurants are giving away a variety of FREE breakfast entrées to customers who make a reservation online. To make your reservation, visit this website beginning Monday, August 29, 2011 and choose your preferred Chick-fil-A restaurant, the date, time and breakfast entrée

In the past I have been able to get FREE items doing similar promotions...free waffle fries, free spicy chicken sandwiches. You will need to make a "reservation" on their site...give them your name, the Chick-fil-A you will be stopping at, and the date you will be picking it up. The wonderful thing about this is you won't have to worry about going to Chick-fil-A and finding that they are already out of the products. One will be waiting for you...cooked fresh of course. :)

I'm Back :)

I know that I have not posted any deals in over two months, but with children home for the summer, family in town visiting, and us going out of town to visit family, I was too busy to spend time hunting down deals and then blogging about them. I tried to soak up the summer and precious time that I got to spend with my kids during the day. My two oldest boys started school yesterday, so now I have a little more free time. I will slowly but surely get back to blogging...starting with the newest ads for Albertsons and HEB.
