Update on Lowe's Ad

I mentioned several days ago that Lowe's has a great deal on cereal and milk this week. I wanted to give you guys an update on the ad.

Milk for $1.87 is still the best price that I've seen this week. If milk is on your grocery list this week then I would definitely take the ad into Wal-Mart. (unless you are planning a trip to Lowe's)

The Malt-O-Meal Cereal is actually cheaper at Albertsons this week at $1.79 a bag. I ran to Wal-Mart this morning to see what sort of selection they had. Wal-Mart's selection of Malt-O-Meal cereal is very slim for the size bags that are on sale at both Albertsons and Lowes. If you need cereal and have the $2.00 off 2 Malt-O-Meal coupons (found in 1/2 SmartSource insert) it would probably be worth your time to head over to Albertsons.

Eggs are also priced lower at Albertsons this week at $0.88 a dozen.

The price of Seedless Grapes ($0.97/lb) and Gala Apples ($0.67/lb) are definitely lowest at Lowe's.

I'll definitely be price matching the milk, grapes, and apples this week.
